So I'm here at the PME at a bar in the Doubletree having a great time. And like magic I also have a new MPAD episode with outstanding music! James Celestino from Any Day In June and his new Matapop.tv show fills in and puts a few tracks together with his own take on this season's TV offerings. If you dug this show, give James some recognition by dropping him a line.

artists:

Jupiter One - Countdown
Roenik - I don't want to be here at all
epo-555 - Hyperschlieb
Panda Riot - She Dares all Things

Just wanted to leave a quick note that instead of a 3 Ingreedyance Mix for my next MPAD episode, something much better has come up. James Celestino from Any Day In June will be guest hosting and I'm promising you he'll be playing some great music. If you want to know how I know, just check out his video podcast MATAPOP.Tv - I especially like Barr "The Song Is The Single."

On Sept. 7, I went to the openiong of the Pike Room in Pontiac and saw 3 great bands: the Start, the Static Age and Otto Vector. The great thing about podcasts is I get to share my experience with you - in this episode you get short, even a little incoherent interviews, new music from each band and even a video I took. If you like what you hear be sure let the bands know by contacting the, buying their music or seeing them live.

music and interviews:

Otto Vector - "Never Forget"

the Static Age - "Cherry Red" and "Blank Screens" from Blank Screens

the Start - "Master Plan" from Ciao Baby

bonus:

Frank Musik - "Made Her Smile"
